How We Share Your Information

With Your Consent

When you fill out and submit a mortgage inquiry form on this website, you consent to have your personal information sold to the mortgage lender that we match you with.  We sell the information that we collect directly from you to a mortgage lender in our network solely for the purpose of contacting you to discuss mortgage-related products and services.

Also, by submitting a mortgage inquiry, you consent to have the mortgage lender contact you by telephone, email, text message, or regular mail.  Once we sell your Personal Information to a third party, it becomes subject to that third party’s privacy policy and terms and conditions. We do not have any control over how third parties use or retain your information.

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information. Please refer to the section titled “California Privacy Rights – CCPA Rights” for more information on how to exercise the right to opt out.

With service providers

We share Personal Information with a limited number of service providers who process it on our behalf to provide or improve our website or services. Our service providers perform functions such as providing analytic services, network data transmission, security, and other similar services.

For legal disclosure

We may disclose Personal Information or other information we collect about you to law enforcement if required in response to a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, a similar government order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to protect our property or rights, or those of third parties or the public at large.

Change in control or sale

We may share Personal Information if we are involved in a merger, sale, or acquisition of corporate entities or business units. If any such change of ownership happens, we will ensure that it is under terms that preserve the confidentiality of Personal Information, and we will notify you on our website or by email before any transfer of your Personal Information. The organization receiving any of your Personal Information will have to honor any promises we made in our Privacy Statement or Terms of Service.
